SVG’s dominance on road courses

I do think that dominance nowadays isn’t appreciated like it once was back in the day. See a lot of fans disgruntled by the fact that SVG continues to wax the field every time they head out on a road course but to me, that’s what builds up that mystique and aura that’s a bit lost in the sport today. Think Jimmie, Jeff, Bill Elliott etc… we hold these guys in a certain light because of how untouchable they were in their respective primes.
