How do I transfer my Daytona500 2026 tickets I bought on StubHub to the NASCAR app?

Back in March, I bought two tickets for me and my grandfather for the Daytona500 race next year on StubHub as a birthday present for him, however, when we went to the Daytona International Speedway while on vacation and we went to ask the people at the ticket center about our tickets, they said we had to transfer them which ever NASCAR app in order to use them for the race.
